A Solar panel (also known as "PV panel") is a device that converts light from the sun, which is composed of particles of energy called "photons", into electricity that can be used to power electrical loads.

There are different types of inverters. There is hybrid, inverter and microinverter. Inverters are the key component which turn the energy collected from the panels (Direct current) into usable energy within your property (Alternating Current).
An inverter is standard to match the size of your system and will require wall space to be mounted on, whereas a Micro-inverter requires no extra space and maximises individual panel efficiency with the ability to monitor individual panels.

Solar batteries remove the limitation that solar panels on their own has. Panels can save you money in electric bills, but your panels will only generate power during daylight hours. When you add a Solar battery system too, you can store excess electricity which can be stored for later.
